Billing: Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Cancellation and refunds: Payments are non-refundable, with no credits for partial billing periods or unused time.
VAT: No VAT is currently added to the published prices; they are the current total amounts charged by RestoManage. If RestoManage becomes VAT-registered, any applicable VAT and its effective date will be disclosed before purchase.
Currency: Published prices are in AED. International business customers receive a written quote confirming the invoice currency, exchange-rate basis, and applicable local indirect-tax treatment before purchase.
Commercial scope: Published prices cover the listed software plan. Hardware, migration, third-party services, extra terminals, and any negotiated rollout scope are confirmed in the written quote.

What the subscription price does not automatically include
Published plan prices cover the listed RestoManage software capabilities; hardware purchases are separate unless explicitly quoted.
Migration and onboarding scope depends on your menu data, branch count, inventory setup, hardware, and existing system. Import options are confirmed after reviewing the source data and rollout.
Third-party payment, accounting, loyalty, delivery, or proprietary peripheral integrations are included only when the specific connection is confirmed.
Payment-processor transaction fees, third-party subscriptions, internet service, and other vendor charges are not represented as part of the RestoManage software price unless explicitly quoted.
Optional services
These services are separate from the restaurant software subscription. Scope, deliverables, compatibility, and timing should be confirmed before purchase.
